Founding Partners
Mohamed Zeeshan is a Founding Partner and the Editor-in-Chief of Freedom Gazette. He is the author of Flying Blind: India's Quest for Global Leadership (Penguin 2021) and writes for The Diplomat, Deccan Herald, The Straits Times, The Sydney Morning Herald, South China Morning Post and others. Zeeshan previously worked at the United Nations in New York and the global consulting firm Kearney in Dubai. He is a graduate of International Affairs from Columbia University, where he edited the online publication of the Columbia Journal of International Affairs. When he isn't writing about the world, Zeeshan spends his time reading Agatha Christie's ingenious psycho-thrillers and watching cricket.
Ashima Kohli is a Founding Partner and the Business Head of Freedom Gazette. She is a business professional with experience across public policy and transaction advisory roles. She has previously worked with Brookings India and advised firms in the telecom industry across markets such as India, Singapore and Malaysia. Ashima is an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a perennially curious soul. Her favourite author is Dan Brown (though she does understand that his stories may seem repetitive) and she loves tennis.
Anuj Raghuram is a Founding Partner and the Creative and Technical Head of Freedom Gazette. He is currently a freelance content creator for digital marketing, working with leading conglomerates across India. After spending years in a leading global software firm, Anuj decided to retire from the corporate world in order to use his technical and programming skills for more impactful and interesting projects. In addition to his creative tech skills, Anuj is also a budding screenwriter and musician.
